The path that took them from a small canning company on the Basque coast to what they are today, crosses five generations, which in 1891 began fishing for Bonito del Norte in Ondarroa, Biscay.
The tuna used are fished by cane one by one with live bait.

White Tuna Thunnus alalunga, also known as longfin tuna, is the most prized fish for its texture and flavor. It has a long central fin up to two thirds of its size, which gives it the characteristic name of alalunga, or long fin.
Once opened, in order to maintain all its flavor for up to five days, we recommend keeping the White Tuna in the refrigerator, preferably covered and totally submerged in organic olive oil, adding more if necessary.
